All donations made to SEVAA are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.

3.Exceptional Situations
In rare cases of technical error such as duplicate transactions or incorrect processing, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Requests will be reviewed internally, and SEVAA reserves the sole right to make a decision.
